Did the first aid at work course years ago did 2 refresher courses not got an up to date certificate but it stays with u! Would know what to do in an emergency x

Yep, paediatric and first aid at work trained with separate training in dealing with epilepsy

I was a qualified first aider through work. That lapsed summer 2020 and as I'm still working from home there doesn't seem a need to get me re-qualified.

I don't miss having to do those courses. Some of the most boring days of my life. I'm sure they changed the guidance for CPR each time just to keep people on their toes.
