I am impressed. I've just seen a female topless driver at 1.30 on Friday afternoon on the m27 motorway near Portsmouth, and she was alone in the car. Anyone else do this or seen someone else do this.

Kinda curious how a woman driving topless is the one putting other ppls lives in danger. She may be topless but she isnt the one being distracted. Plus youd have to be looking properly in the first place to actually see she was topless, which means youve already taken yours eyes off the road for long enough to be distracted. If i were an officer investigating a road collision incident, and they said they were distracted by a woman driving topless, id ask the driver why they werent concentrating on the road to begin with.

Just cos the woman had her tits out, doesnt exclude others for making the mistake of losing concentration.

Not in a car or actually topless but walking home from work one evening when it was raining and a young woman walking the other way in a soaking wet blouse and no bra whether she just didn’t care or had given up and thought to hell with it I don’t know but it was a lovely sight

Pretty sure she was not the victim of abuse and just an exhibition thing. She pulled alongside of me and stayed at same speed until I was curious enough to look as to why. When I did look she smiled, waved, and accelerated off.

No it doesn't you are right, however what is the intention behind driving topless other than to distract others, it's the word 'intention' the drivers wouldn't be distracted by that otherwise

I don’t believe you would have to explain it to a police officer as it is not actually illegal to be naked in public.

“ In the absence of any sexual context and in relation to nudity where the person has no intention to cause alarm or distress it will normally be appropriate to take no action unless members of the public were actually caused harassment, alarm or distress (as opposed to considering the likelihood of this).”
