Southampton

there has been a 50mph speed limit between Southampton and Portsmouth for 2 years now, no work is being done, and somebody has a juicy government contract to cone it down to one lane every night.

WHY? nobody's working on it,

Past few times travelling back from Bognor to Wales I've had to divert by about a hour and a half. I think there's too many people watching others work instead of cracking on
