I don’t think anybody reads them, I had that I wasn’t meeting at the top of mine for weeks, I’ve finally removed everything BUT that and I’m still getting messages x

I don’t accept random friends requests. I get them all the time and I clearly state in my profile I don’t accept them unless I’ve chatted to that person. Attention to detail is important for me, if you can’t read a simple request then you’re not for me.

Try warm milk, with honey and tumeric and a bit of ginger for your throat x

Most don’t read the bio on the profile…I know mine isn’t read.

Some pick and choose which part they want to acknowledge

I’m like yourself and keep my friends list small and those I’ve interacted with on a more personal level or I’ve met.

Attention to detail is definitely important.

I only look when someone tells me they sent me one! Then I discover someone I really like sent me one 5 days ago and was hanging there.. oops.

As long as you get them added on in the end. Sometimes a nudge is all that’s needed

I've got it in my profile to not send friend invites as they'll be deleted and also blocked. Doesn't make any difference, guys still send invites so I'll still delete and block. Feels like no one knows how to read anymore lol x

I only answer requests to those who have bothered to make conversations with us beyond the usual "hi" "how are you?" "What you doing?" "fancy a F**k?" etc... takes more than idol chit chat to capture our attention

That’s my thoughts too. My friends only had nothing too revealing in it anyways…

I have had couples and females send requests before but they usually looked a bit dodgy

Let them send it don’t do anything with it don’t look at that part they can’t send another

Also wait till they offline once that are accept run through they friends pics remove them before being back online they just think you didn’t accept

I have actually done this. Removed all friends photos, now i accept people who send me unsolicited requests, look at their friends pictures and then unfriend them again. Petty but fun.

i also get far less unsolicited friends requests.
