"I feel like I’m ill every other week *cries* Granted I know I definitely need to drink more water and I could probably cut out the Haribo and Parma Violets but generally I feel like I’m alright. I exercise and relatively healthy ![]() ![]() You have to immediately stop, got to bed, get up once per hour or 2 to make a pint of hot water with lemon and honey. Take 2 paracetamol every 4 hours , drink the water ,sleep graze on fresh oranges, bananas , strawberries, blueberries, drink, paracetamols, graze, sleep, drink…. 24-36 hours and you are ok to get up and just take it easy 1-2 days.
