"Dunelm and Homebase have a good range (including online) of various bedding items."

Homebase have some sales this time of year too... you have to move quick though, some of the sales only last the weekend. No worries though, because give it a week or two and the same stuff's on sale again... bit scatty of 'em but you get the odd bargain or two that way

Definitely worth looking-in

Homesense are good. Usually 40-60% off, too.

Can get some great Egyptian Cotton with high thread count, there.

My duvets are normally white with same colour as curtains. Got the curtains from Next sale for £7.

I love dunhelm although my bedding didnt come from there.

Ive got blue walls, i usually put my own colours together but i liked the dulux paper and paint together so i got that. You can see it on some of my photos.

As luck would have it it was buy two get third free and i needed three rolls for one wall for cutting in and big pattern so all three rolls cost me £50

more north lincs than mids!

Sainsbury's have a sale on at the moment and have more than 1/2 off their bedding including beds in a bag.

Got a beautiful green and cream set for my gran reduced from £30 to £12. Doubles are £40 down to £16 and king size are £50 down to £20. Can't get the savings online tho.

oh ive got cream bedding with my blue cause the white in the wallpaper is a creamy white and cream carpet(bad mistake)

If your good with a sewing machine get cheap plain bedding and buy some ribbon same colour as your walls and sew a stripe down the pillow cases and a couple in a row on the duvet cover.

Mine is very pretty cream set with blue and brown ribbon stripes stitched on and matching pillow cases. Have had two sets for maybe 4 years now and they look expensive and wash well. Cost £6 per set in the Primark sale!
