No I don't, I get a hot head and red face though, it's an easy tell so my friends know when to stop and move away

I shake. The adrenaline kicks in and I can’t help it. I’ve had people assume I’m scared before because I visibly shake, but it’s literally rage.

I try not to get angry because it is a pointless exercise. I live with an emotional bully who thinks I am there to wait on him hand and foot. Sometimes there are tears which stem from total frustration and feelings of helplessness. Despite the person I am and my true nature, and my personal family circumstances it is probably hard for others to imagine that someone could make me feel hopeless, helpless and useless - which deep inside I am not. There is currently no way out of this life.... and sometimes shedding some tears is like a release; and just clears the anguish from my mind. I suppose the short answer would be 'sometimes'.
