Hello. Just been for my first ever acupuncture session for sciatica pain.

I’ve not experienced it personally but have a few friends who swear by the efficacy of acupuncture.

I've only had electric needling which is acupuncture needles hooked up to a TENS machine. That seemed to help relieve some tension in a shoulder injury I had. Hope this works for you.

Yep. Booked a course of six treatments. Felt nothing until session 4, then boom, gone. Never had it since. That was at least 15 years ago.

Yes I’ve tried chiropractor, physiotherapist, strong painkillers.

I’ve come out of the session and feel a lot better. I can actually sit in my car seat without it constantly hurting.

I’m not sure how long it will last, but something has definitely changed.

I loved acupuncture. It made me so relaxed I almost fell of the examination table I have it coupled with chiropractic treatment and i think without it I’d be in a chair now with my back and pelvic pain and instability.

Hope you get some relief.
