I edge regularly, solo and when sleeping with someone. Around 2 and a half hours is my limit before I can't wait anymore

That’s not long really. I’ve done several days, I’ve had a girl play with me for an hour or so producing lots of pre cum, then have her stop and repeat next day etc. It is is hard and frustrating but what you get exercising that kind of self control is far better.

It’s also fun caving in occasionally after a couple hours and going primal on her with all that tension build up

Yep. Didn't have much to do one evening last week so I got in bed around 7PM, TV on next to me and was edging on and off til around midnight while watching some Christmas TV too. Multi-tasking!
