It depends on the kind of "down" for me.

Sometimes I want to just push some weights and punch a heavy bag, another time I'll go for a long walk with my dog.

Something I don't do though is to seek solace in alcohol. I've got to feel good to have a beer, I can't drink if I'm feeling like shite

I go for a walk on the park and do something fun…… like climb a tree.

What makes it really fun is the rifle, laser scope and a bunch of chavs hanging out by the tennis courts. Just seeing the red dot on the white lightning bottle as one takes a swig……… guaranteed to put a smile on my face.

SEX and lots of it ...... a weekend in a nice hotel and just getting up to eat drink and bath and go back for more of everything puts me on a high for days after .Makes me feel live .. its like a sex high .lol

Well having now been awake since 8am yesterday I'm in my 15th coffee and have had 2 cans of red bull - still waiting for the caffeine to kick in and tempted to skive to the car for an hour for a kip!

Suspect some bastard has been pouring me sodding de-caf all morning!
