Next year (January) I'm looking to get into rock climbing, can't wait tbh. Just a nice outdoor hobby (even though it will be in a gym lol) so curious what outdoor hobbies do you like or pursue?

Walking. My area is quite rural so I just put my ear buds in put some music on and just walk. Normally 5/6 miles

Usual outdoor gardening. Mine needs a lot of looking after due to the fast growing plants such as buddliea and clematis. Very rewarding though specially as there was a good crop of strawberries and black berries this year. Nature is also attracted to the plants. Few bird nests as well.

Walking is great. You could always offer to walk someone else's dog when you come home from work.

You could offer to walk friends/neighbours dogs. Probably quite a few would take you up on it.

Walking with the dog but no earbuds I want to hear the sounds of nature or preferably nothing… as an antidote to the shite i have to listen to in working hours. Winter makes it so difficult because of the short daytime

Love the sound of nothing at all….
