I practice OMAD (one meal a day diet) it helps me stay pretty trim all year round even when I'm not hitting the gym as consistently as I would like. Anyone here practices that or intermittent fasting?

I do.. not exactly out of choice though

Its not easy being on my income and needing to cram in 3000 calories a day just make some progress with trying to bulk up especially with my metabolism. Quitting smoking has exactly done much to help with slowing it down

Kinda. I fast for c 14 hours and break with a bulletproof coffee. I will eat throughout the next few hours tho and would say it's 80pc good. But I'm not too strict as it affects MH for me.

Glasgowish

Quite often I only eat one meal a day due to working nights and never feeling hungry.

I do periods of doing two 24 hour fasts a week. Benefits for me are the weight loss and reduction in overall appetite. Negatives are reduced performance in the gym but I can time my work outs for my non-fasting days which helps.

When at home I don't eat breakfast. Early banana on running days, lunch porridge and salad, normal evening meal. Lost 16 lbs at 1lb per month, now stable.

14 years keto, the last two and a half pure carnivore and rarely eat more than once a day.

There are quite a few of us here.

May seem like a daft question but do you poo OK? If I eat more meat than I'm used to I get really constipated

Which is a little ironic considering your location

Carnivores love talking bowel habits!

When it comes to keto/carnivore, there's usually less food that ends up as waste so the standard advice about how often etc, is meaningless.

There is also a difference in not needing to go as often and proper constipation.

I can say for me that I have to have some hard cheese, pure meat leaves me with intestinal hurry.
