I've read otherwise, and that regular weight training whilst fasting is one of the best ways you can rapidly lose fat whilst maintaining muscle - theres a good website called 'leangains' which does a good job of covering the practice of fasting whilst training for anyone who's interested. | |||

"The simplest way is to eat a bit less and exercise a bit more... " It's not rocket science. The 5.2 plan would undoutedly work if you need a quick fix but unless you make longterm changes like all fad diets the weight will just come back on. | |||
