My first post, please be gentle with me

So we’ve just had the Christmas lights switch on near me! I know nothing special there, but around 200 tractors all with lights on and decorated drove down the high street pippin thorns, playing sponge bob, waving at the children, it was quite magical and has made this ice queen just melt a little

I’m feeling all warm and fussy, what makes you go warm and fussy inside?

My little grandson is just starting to smile at at everything, it gives me a feeling beyond warm n fuzzy

Ohhh we had a tracker run last year it was brilliant, our street was packed and we could see it coming through the villages as we are quite high up, it’s running again next weekend so that’s something to look forward to

When I give someone a gift. I gave my son's barber a tip for Christmas esterday and tonight I gave the workmen from PowerGrid a big tub of heroes and loads of packets of large fresh cookies. They have been working tirelessly into the night, in snow, wind and rain and sub zero temperatures to get peoples electric back on. They have been away from their families too, so I thought a gift to show my appreciation might just help them a little.
