Boob Acne - any advice happily accepted

Guys, Gals, and Non Binary Pals of Fab,

To be blunt, I have really bad underboob acne. I currently have 4 plasters over the worst parts

Anyone else a sufferer? It's affecting my confidence

Anyone got any ideas on how to remedy it?

And yes legs and bum from shaveing and not shour on a remiday off such

I just got to the stage I don’t care if someone dosent like it that’s there loose
