Curry goat or oxtail? Served with plantain and rice and peas? My fave Caribbean dish my friend made me was coconut prawns I have no idea what he used but they were spicy and creamy and just so damn good. I do miss my Caribbean cooking. I moved to a place where less than 1 percent of the population is BAME so there’s no good cooks around. It sucks.
