Just asking for you to share a massive highlight in your life. It doesn’t have to be the most significant moment, but rather something where you look back and think ‘hell yes, that was a good time’.

Me - I would be around 20yrs old and doing the drama collage thing, I had good friends around me that didn’t give me nothing but good vibes, the damn best girl in the world on my arm (turned out to be married to her

) and nailed the lead roll in a show called ‘From a jack to King’….oh the Standing ovation (I’m still stating it was for my performance

) but the after show party recalls me drinking about 20+ rum and s and being the last one to leave walking 3 miles home with my current longest friend.

The good times eh?

Entering a bike race that I had trained for, but was really ill in the days leading up to it. I was having hallucinations 48 hours before the start line with a horrible virus, and shouldn't have gone but I was part of a team and wouldn't back down. We rode the entire length of Wales under the only dry bit of sky in the country which followed us around while everyone else got wet. It took 21 hours, and I came plumb last, but I finished it, and I'll always remember it for moments ridiculous and sublime

Moving to our current home. Finally becoming mortgage and paid work free, working hard renovating the house, seeing the results slowly emerging (six years later we're still doing it

) and the feeling that life was very good.

When i was college ambassador for my local college while i studied engineering. I impressed the staff so much that when i went to a womens empowering event (AS THE ONLY GUY THERE!) they asked me to stand up and give a speech to all the female students, i had never done a speech in my life and obviously never prepared for it. I gave my speech like it just came naturally, got a round of applause and then sat down..

The real highlight of that was the fact that i was wearing my 'From Dusk Til Dawn' "Titty Twister" tshirt underneath my hoody and i was not only lucky enough but also persistent enough to push through the buckets of sweat from the summer heat without taking off my hoody...

Thankfully that was the day i cheated death

I love this. I look at life in exactly the same way, remembering why something was cool regardless of if I won or lost. Brilliant outlook.

good effort on still riding…you know you should have rested though don’t you?

Getting lost in Manhattan (New York), in the torrential rain at about 1-2am. Everything felt so carefree and possible. It really felt like a movie.

It’s odd isn’t it. Now with more money, a house, more security, better/more secure job, everything feels like more pressure and responsibility. Back then I hardly had any savings but was just so carefree.

When I got into Scottish ballet when I was 8, after 6 auditions! I felt completely euphoric if I could have bottled that feeling I would have. Still very proud of that achievement xx

Highlights as a child: I got a bronze cert in piano - I only learnt because it got me out of English. I turned the Christmas lights on one year - up on stage and pressed the button that doesn't actually do anything.

Highlights as an adult: Aside from kids and Mr I'd say training as a breastfeeding peer supporter. Mums came to me to help them when they were at their lowest in terms of feeding and I could help them just in that one session and see an improvement. I signposted multiple babies for a tongue tie revision which is widely overlooked but it makes such a huge difference. Mums I've helped have gone on themselves to train as supporters because of the support they've received. I've even done sessions with dads and grandparents about myths and what they can do to help. Aaah I'm reminiscing from my time doing that. I miss it. *cries happy tears*.

I've been very lucky to have ticked off a lot of boxes in my life. Met some amazing people and done some seriously life affirming things.

To pick one.. After years of watching lectures from the Royal Institute, to be presenting there and having my name on the screen, in front of all those people.. That was a great feeling

I'll have to choose between 3 I guess, because I don't know which is the bigger highlight

1) Winning a national essay competition when I was 14 for an essay entitled how do I see the Caribbean in the 21st century (won me my first computer and a trip to the Cayman Islands)

2) Having one of my ebooks (a poetry book about racism and classism) become a #1 bestseller on Amazon (not stating the title here for obvious privacy reasons)

3) Posting a theory of black holes- I'll make this part short lol, on face book about black holes giving birth to baby Universes and discussing things like Hawking's Radiation and how it all relates to this. Then 7 months after seeing exactly what I post on PBS Space time amd realising that I'm on the right track with my theory.

Yea I know you said one but those 3 are tied for first place tbh. I had a 4th but I think those 3 are good enough.

At Taos Pueblo, this ancient Native American lady came up to me and told me she sought me her whole life, as she was kissing my hands and hugging me. She said you’re the one who knows, and she could die in peace. People gathered around and hugged us, all in tears. ( I had always had a calling to go there from a child).

A road trip in Highlands about 13 years ago. The holiday itself was great, but I had the most bizzare life changing experience. On a downhill z bend section of road I drove off, and landed smoothly on the same road below having completely missed the entire hair pin and continued driving as if nothing happened. Both me and my ex were in absolute shock as it was so surreal. Once the shock wore off it felt as though someone above had been watching us and protected us, very spiritual and left me feeling very lucky to be alive - so actually a positive memory! I wasn't allowed to drive again for a long time after that!!!

Doesn't sound positive but it is: the day my ex got 8 years, which gave me the freedom to rebuild my life and put structures in place to protect myself.

The sense of liberation I felt on that day still gives me joy to think about - finally having a sense of possibility, that I could do whatever I wanted and live however I liked. It was heady stuff!

The time I jumped out of a plane at 17,500ft was pretty special, lots of exciting freefall before breaking through the clouds to see the English countryside in all its summer splendour open out in front of me, and a beautifully peaceful drift down to earth after the parachute opened, I was buzzing for days.

Also my pass out parade with the army, there's no prouder moment after you've gone through training than when you march out in front of all the families, and knowing that you're now one out of around 100,000 people in a country with a population of 68 million who has stepped up to wear the uniform and take the oath.

1) when I embarked my journey into being myself, every little achievement felt like a winning battle - it’s not over yet but hopefully it will feel like full circle once I reach the end.

2) winning an important court case years ago that hounded me and my family for some time. Yes, been that bad bitch who took some arsehole to court

3) something lighter, the first time I attended a Dior show in Paris, back in 2015

Becoming an auntie and falling so in love with my niece welcoming her to the world in my arms as a new born I’ve never felt a love like it. I sobbed.

Passing my diploma and getting into university

Being able to visit Australia twice.

Passing an audition of thousands of people to make it onto tv that was pretty spectacular. Loved the whole experience.

It’s so hard to pick just one.

I was in a ten pin bowling league from around the age of 8. When I was a teenager they did a 24 hour charity bowl. I did a slot for about 4 hours I think. Got near the end and everything just came together. Might have been the tiredness. But it just felt right, picking up the ball and throwing it down the lane. Got my best ever score - 263. It including 9 strikes and 2 lots of 9 spare, and then a 3 at the end when I got nervous.

It felt amazing.

What also feels good is while I haven't bowled regularly in decades I'm still decent at it and when I go it's great to see the shock on other people's faces when some slim short young woman totally wipes the floor with them

It is hard picking just one to share, I just picked something that had just popped into my mind.

I find it fascinating that out of all the days we have lived , we only get to remember something wonderful or something bad that happens to us. Those mediocre days are just dismissed from our memories. They are just irrelevant.

It’s great when your having a good time knowing your going to remember this one

I know this may sound clichéd but meeting Tinder.

I have achieved a fair bit in my life from personal supporting achievements to business after leaving school with only a few qualifications.

The reason that this is my choice was the fact I had resigned myself to the fact I was happy to live life in my own terms and alone while grabbing what I could from life when I could.

Tinder changed all that for me and has shown me all the things that I had willingly shut away as I felt I didn’t have the need for them anymore.
