We are putting the tree and decorations up today :)

When i say 'we' i mean hubby, i hate doing the tree although i like it decorated in a certain way with small baubles at the top and big baubles at the bottom

I do put other decorations up though.

I have put Echo on playing Christmas songs, making it festive

Are you decorations up or are you yet to do it ? Do you enjoy it ? When do you take them down ?

No decorations up here until the weekend before Christmas. I'm not keen on doing it and I'm even less keen on taking the darn things down but once they're up I like them.

She hadn't been 'with' us for many years due to horrible alzheimers but her and my dad used to make Christmas lovely.

My mum used to make a huge effort for Christmas when we were children. This year I'm having trouble getting her to understand that if she wants to send cards and needs to have some to send

My decorations are up with my beautiful fully loaded rainbow tree red at the bottom working through the spectrum and violet decorations at the top.

Bunting up although I'm surprised as one of the cats was considering using it as a zip wire when it was put up.

Theres a very sexy frog in a skimpy pink bra doing yoga on our tree, along with a festive sloth and a glittery avacado on toast it's gone abit mental this year.

I'm not bothering this year.

I'd only put some up in 2018 and 2019 coz the ex came and he wanted me to get into the Xmas spirit (or for photos )

I have no family local, no presents to go under a tree and I'll be working all through so putting them up would do nothing other than give me glitter and bits of fallen tree to get stuck in the carpet and sit as a reminder that actually, I'm really rather alone at home.

Ours has been up for over a week now, just enough time for cats to destroy everything on the bottom of the tree and now they are working their way up. I doubt I will have any decorations left by the end of the month

I adore having my decorations up and put them up very early. I take them down normally before new year, but by then they've been up long enough anyway.

Nobody else sees them so I can be as tacky as I like with them, I love them!
