I think the people that get what they want from this side are the people that have the right attitude to it.

What I mean by that is the people that don't overthink things and understand not everybody is going to want to meet them in fact very few will want to meet them. From personal experience Getting people that you are interested in to meet you is 90% attitud and effort. Best way is don't expect anything from anyone.

And I find I sometimes don’t even need to open a profile to know I am never going to send a message. But that’s just the way I can pick up on personality traits from forum posts maybe, and I feel that we wouldn’t be on the same wavelength.

If I read a profile, I might then find it more so in there.

you say that, but back when i was younger and used to go clubbing, a friend of mine ussed to go up to random women in a club,night club not swinging club, and ask if they fancied a fuck, he got alot of slaps around the face, but never ended up going home alone

Sounds cliched, doesn't it but I know this to be true. I also knew of a few acquaintances who had many unplanned liaisons this way but they didn't get the slaps. Might've been the way they approached the women.

Mind you, these were clubs. She was talking about 'pubs'. It seems we were in the wrong place.

Weird thing is you've come across as a very aggressive individual. Insulting people, swearing (and no I'm not a prude and swearing does not bother me, but time and place etc), but the verifications you have paint a much nicer person.

I just looked at your profile, because until I looked at it, I knew nothing about you other than the words posted on this thread and what you have as a profile pic.

That's how it works.

You look to learn, to see if you're compatible etc. How else would you know anything about the person until you viewed their profile?

Like others have said, this site, much like life, is what you make it and if it's not working for you step away and take a break. I gave up meeting thru here before covid and only meet at socials and clubs now.

It's my humble opinion that swinging couples are more loving than vanilla.. Going off the ones I've met in private and at clubs. Single men will always have a 'hard' time on here.. Can't comment on gay guys but I presume its similar.

My approach is to go with the flow, accept I'm not for everyone (sometimes anyone) and that's just how it is. The forum ain't no place to vent as you have OP because it's just bait for them looking to type something sarcastic, witty, funny or just plain cruel.. Golums nose in winter.. Ffs..
