The perfect dunker would be a chocolate topped oaty biscuit that has been in the fridge.

The biscuit soaks up the hot tea whilst the chocolate still has a bit of a snap to it.

Am I allowed to say NOOOOO to biscuit dunking of any kind!!!!! All that floaty sludge gets my gag reflex going just thinking about it haha! I can however eat a biscuit and drink my coffee separately, in which case it’s a dark chocolate digestive for me!

You have to test the dry rich teas integrity before dunking or you do run the risk of a floater..

Equally the first 4 or 5 and the last 4 or 5 are not dunk able as the risk is too high.. Follow the process and that way maximum dunking satisfaction lies
