while out for lunch yesterday.. i sat at a table, and across from me was a lady i guess around 28. i couldn't help noticing her legs as she had a skirt on and the legs were crossed. i think she took notice that i was observing her legs, i did get embarrassed when she saw that i had been looking. if i remember right, she smiled. but i just left it at that for a while, until again, i couldn't help myself to look again, only this time her legs were uncrossed, i was taking back when i saw her white panties with i think red cherries, but she kept the same position for a while, and i really think she knew i was seeing her panties.

Im asking do any of you ladies tease a guy like that, sure is the first time it happened to me, or perhaps i never noticed.
