I get dressed as soon as I get up but that’s because I sleep naked… if I’m not going anywhere I just wear comfy joggers and a t shirt in the house

As soon as I get out of bed. It’s the first achievement of the day, and and sets me up in a positive frame of mind from the get go.

Today I might not bother.

I'll have a shower and put on clean pyjamas and get back on the sofa.

I have loungewear for most days and only put outdoor clothing on when I'm actually going out.

I had a terrible night last night and feel unwell today, so I'm staying in pyjamas and freshly washed fluffy dressing gown.

Dress as soon as I've had breakfast and shower. Usually before 8. 7 if weekend food shop as I avoid queues.
