Well.get my head together then the weight hopefully dropping 12 hour shifts will.give me time to to get bk to excercise n eat normal again.getting up.at 5am home at 9pm probably not helping. " Good Luck….remember to not go full pelt straight away and end up starving your body of the nutrients it needs….avoid the fad diets and do it gradually….don’t get disheartened by small decreases or increases!!
