Depends on what's going on in my life to be honest.

Sometimes I could go a week or two if there are other things on my mind.

It's never affected my mood. I'd hate to he that controlled by it

I have found that the more often i cum the more often i need to. For instance if i go a few days without then i dont get the urge as frequently.
