Try holding an egg yolk next to your eye, the sperm will be attracted to the egg and hey presto your eye is pregnant. Well I think that’s how it works. If not try a warm teabag (it does actually work)

Rinse rinse rinse with luke warm water..

There's acid in sperm. So not good on your eyeball.

Hopefully there's no other dodgy things in that sperm.

If you don’t know the person well that did it I’d consider going to the doctor if it doesn’t clear up sharpish

Chlamydia and gonorrhea are the most common STIs and both can cause conjunctivitis. The infection gets into the eye either directly through genital fluids such as semen, or when infected people rub their eyes after touching infected genital areas.

Flush with warm (boiled) salt water, if it's stinging try flushing with milk followed by cooled / warm boiled water
