What has made you smile today?

My little boy's eyes lit up when he realised I'd made it to his school awards assembly.

Yes, aside from dropping the kids off at school ( ) and no, not the pool.

I've had very nice chat with someone on here and then a lovely couple always make me smile whenever they post in the forum. They're a bubble of energy and positivity all the time

Try a handstand, it might work. If that fails let me know and I'll, ahem, help

Omg I saw the most gorgeous tiny little puppy today. That made me smile a lot. And then I saw another 2 of my fave dogs as I was on my rounds. Oh and a little pet of a cat made me smile happy. There's a theme here. I have no pets so I just love on anyone else's.

I was sat in a pub earlier messaging one of my friends when one of the servers stopped dead, looked at me and said "that's the smile of someone who's up to no good".

She was spot on (I was being the filthiest of filthy pervs), but I didn't realise I was making it quite so obvious

A new park run friend with who I volunteered this morning, setting up the event, saw me walking around second mile.. she slowed down and said: Come on (insert my name), let's do it. We run together a little. I overtook her in the end so I hope she didn't regret it

On a serious note she helped me to get over my leg pain and finish it off. And I said heartfelt thanks in the end.
