I've only ever steamed or lightly cooked them in water, NEVER overcooked, always wondered how they taste cooked i the oven..maybe I'll try some time. As a child I hated them but I really enjoy them now.

Served absolutely anyway someone else likes them to be. Just never have them on my plate. I generally don’t like any vegetables beyond potatoes and carrots. This is no anti sprout agenda, I’m an equal opportunities veg’ hater.

Halved. Pan-fried with butter (or coconut oil). Seasoned with salt, pepper, and a little garlic granules. Done.
