My hair is getting really dry these days, think it's the manopause

Haha! I use garnier ultimate blends Argan richness and almond infused conditioner makes my hair so smooth and smells amazing! Plus it’s one of the only brands that doesn’t use a certain harsh chemical I’m allergic to!

If you’re not too sensitive go for head and shoulders.

Anything with oil in it. Use a treatment weekly and put something like argan oil or mythic oil on while it's still damp.

Fructis shampoo and conditioner are great, I don't get as much dry hair as I used to with them.

Because I'm worth it

Palmer's do some lovely shampoo and conditioner.

A moisture rich conditioner is also something to try if your hair is dry. The Alberto Balmsom one is good, try the strawberry.
