My brother has he said it helps him.

Not tried on yet.

I try and exercise outdoors in the darker months thar seems to help me.

I get this, I have a special very bright day light light in my living room ceiling light fixing. It’s one now and I think space craft can see it! Works wonders

Try and get out at lunch on those bright days and “recharge” feel the daylight/sun on ya face

Days like today…. You go to battle though…. I’ve taken up running, hoping it will help the endorphins

Try not to notice it’s dark! I am the first to moan/notice…. But try to focus on something else

Get a special light alarm clock- Ive not got one.

Book a holiday, yes this really helps!

Remember you are not alone….. 4 months 1 week till March!

A cheaper option is to change your light bulbs.

Most warm lights are, nowhere near the quality of daylight. More like a very bright fire or candle.

So you need to replace them with cool lights that are slighty bluer. Some even have blue glass, your choice.

They seen harsh at first, but you will get used to them.

The lights that Daylight give off is better for arts and crafts too.

Cost shouldn't be an issue, as most retailers sell a few so pay attention to the Kelvin (65k=65,000degrees Kelvin) number on the boxes, when light bulb shopping.

Go to somewhere, like B&Q that has their lightbulbs plugged in and turned on. You will see which ones are nicer to read under. Brighter the better, but 150 watts in old money can be a tad too bright.

Buy a couple at various brightnesses, see how it lights up normally darker rooms.

Get yourself in Amazon and buy some better you vitamin d spray. It’s easier and nicer than tablet vitamins, just one spray inside your cheek and it tastes minty.

Then get a S.A.D’s lamp. We have many different ones. You can set them to turn on an hour before you wake up so they fill your bedroom with natural light before you open your eyes.

Even though I’m a summer baby born on mid summer solstice, I love winter. Chunky jumpers, twinkly lights on the tree and just all the excitement of Xmas.
