Musicians you wished you had seen

So today marks 30 years since Freddie Mercury passed away. Been watching lots of videos of him performing and although I was too young to remember Queen in their heyday I would have loved to have seen them with him.

Any acts you wished you could have seen given the chance?

I heard Jimmi Hendrix playing at the Rec Center at Fort Campbell, KY. I was blown away by the sound he created! I had just finished a guitar lesson and happened to pass. He was very gracious, just wish I would have heard him in a proper gig!

I always took Motorhead for granted. They toured so much I kept telling myself I'd see them the next time.

I saw a lot of bands... Love live music and it's what I've missed the most over the last few years...

I had a chance to see (as in tickets) but gave them away...and have regretted it ever since...

Prince

Live aid

Frank sinatra...

Decided to work instead... Along with most on here I'd love to have seen Freddie...

Also miss those pokey little venues you'd manage to catch the stars of tomorrow at.... They don't seem to exist anymore.

Yes exactly like the marquee, when you could be "on the guest list..honest" though it was in Wardour Street when I used to go... There and Dingwalls Camden or the 12 bar blues club tin pan alley.

Yeah what a cock... I can remember sitting getting my hair cut at lunch time and they had it on one of those portable tvs in the barbers and I saw it kick off at 12....and thought to myself ... "Ohhhh that was a bad decision".. Still I was earning 88p an hour at the time.

After watching a ton of concert footage on YouTube, I’d have to go with regretting not seeing Prince live.

There is not many people who will ever have as much talent as that guy.

I've spent a fortune over the last decade trying to see all my bucket list bands live before they all retire or die, Motorhead, AC/DC, the Stones, GnR, and loads more.

Wish I'd seen Tom Petty though, he was on the list but sadly died before I got to see him.

I was lucky enough to see Ray Manzarek and Robbie Kreiger, but I’d love to have seen the Lizard King on stage with them, and I guess I should say John Densmore.
