Dark nights.. Is it just my belly that starts rumbling as soon as it gets dark?! x

Mine does too and it gets on my nerves.

In the summer I can get to the end of the day and realise I've not eaten, this time of year I could cry I'm so hungry by 4pm

Yes my eating habit is about an hour ahead. Specially in the evening. Takes a while to adjust.
