"When you reply to someone's status which is asking for some suggestions about something and get instantly blocked without any explanation - rude! Suggestions about what?" What to do at the weekend.

"Blocking is the acceptable way to ensure that all parties are left in no doubt that they're not going to be getting closer. Be grateful every time " A 'no thanks' or similar would be nicer.

"Blocking is the acceptable way to ensure that all parties are left in no doubt that they're not going to be getting closer. Be grateful every time A 'no thanks' or similar would be nicer." I've said this so many times but I really don't understand how no thanks is any more polite. The outcome is exactly the same but with a block it just means people can't ask follow up questions or send a message again.

"The thing is just because somebody puts a status up doesn't mean they want to reply to every message. You said the question was what to do at the weekend, so depending on what your answer was they may have just thought you're not compatible for them. I wouldn't say it's rude they blocked you at all to be honest. " • Exactly. I mean, it's not like I'm looking for someone to repair my violin.

"When you reply to someone's status which is asking for some suggestions about something and get instantly blocked without any explanation - rude! Suggestions about what? What to do at the weekend." If you had responded with something overly sexual or suggestive then yes it’s not rude to block. Did you suggest meeting and ripping their bum hole apart?

"Nobody is under any obligation to converse or reply to anyone else on here. The block button is every members perogative, it generally means 'not interested.' Move on. " This

Any suggestion other than something totally food related and utterly non sex related would have me heaving.
