Let’s have a serious conversation and talk about something that is close to my heart.

…PIZZAS

Do you LOVE pizza? (If you don’t, don’t even bother) what are your favourite toppings? Thin crust or deep pan? Any favourite place where you think it’s shit hot?

Do you eat it with your hands ( I do) or knife and fork?

I love proper Italian pizza and I know a few restaurants in London where they make the proper stuff (so expensive tho) and my favourite toppings are:

Anchovies + capers + cherry tomatoes

Or

Parma ham + rocket + burrata

When it comes to “normal pizza” then I do love a classic pepperoni pizza and more of a deep crust or four cheese.

Fucking NOM!

Ps: Hawaiaan pizzas can fuck off already

I love to make pizza. When it comes to toppings, I’m a meaty type of guy. So it’s usually Italian meats, fresh mozzarella, cherry tom’s.

Can’t beat a good proper margarita for me or a floretina with egg and spinach.

An amazing pizza I had in

Sicily had aubergine, artichoke, olives and loads of roasted veggies and pesto. Was so good. Made in a traditional pizza oven.

Just give me all the veggies haha.

Archie makes sour dough crust pizza. Cold bulk proved for 24hr followed by a second prove for 6hr.

Made with caputo blue flour. Cooked in stone base roccbox oven. He tries his best to use oak wood to fire the pizzas. Dependant on weather. Neopolitan style pizza. Make his own base sauce. Love a pepperoni and beef topped with "hot honey".

He's very serious about pizza.

Or a good Parma ham, rocket and sweet chili pizza.

Deep pan, stuffed cheese crust. Jalepenos, chillies, spicy meats, chilly oil... chuck the lot on. Oh and mushrooms....more the merrier.

At least that was my favourite as I haven't had one since I can't eat most of the above anymore. Well I say can't...more a case of not advisable unless I'm prepared for the morning rush if you get what I mean!
