Madagascan Vanilla ice cream for Aldi (Lidl do it also). Goes very nicely with many desserts, especially crumble and ginger upside down puddings.

Literally the last thing I bought (two tubs of it) because of the risk of it melting, I left visiting that freezer until after I had picked up everything else.

"A box of 4 M&S Mince Pies from their Bakery section.

Lovely buttery crust with the perfect crunch to crumble ratio, moist filling with plump fruits but couldn't quite taste the brandy and a tad on the sweet side if eaten on it own.

...er ...and the invite is where??!!

I was testing them first to see if they pass muster. Only the best will do before the invitations are despatched.

Guess you'll have to try twice to see if the pass and first box wasn't a fluke
