"Hello. Any tips for treating this? " Sadly, I've had a massive sciatica flare up recently. I couldn't walk last week. I've been resting when it's very painful, trying to carry on walking, using anti inflammatory stuff (ibruprofen and voltarol), doing some gentle stretching. The OT where I work showed me a brilliant stretch which has given me immediate relief when I've done it, I'll message you if you want to know how to do it. Plus I went for a myofascial release massage today which I found very helpful - it was awesome! I hope you feel better soon, I feel your pain, mine has been dreadful, both sides at random times right down into my feet!

I think sitting on a bike saddle most of Sunday started it. When I got off my bike I started to feel it. Struggled to stand straight. Maybe the cold bike ride triggered it. I had a similar problem six months ago. Pilates helped. Thank you.
