I'm finally defrosting. I run over 3 miles and walked another this much this morning. Brrrrr. It was 2 degrees when I left the house.

My day has not been what I had planned for.

My son has been sent home from school poorly and I will be taking him to doctors shortly.

My manager in work has been moved from my department with immediate effect and I am apparently taking on their work (which they failed to deliver) but not going to be paid for it

And I'm feeling better.. Finally. That was a long 5 weeks of flu!

I've been abit stressed with work lately too (probably because I haven't felt well) but my boss rang today and he was in a good mood so I'm not feeling as pressured to rush through work.

It's amazing how other people's mood can determine yours.

My son will be fine, it's cold/flu onset symptoms. Just been to doctors to check his ears but thankfully no infection, just fluid and congestion. Thanks for asking

I am unsure yet as to what will happen with the work, the headcount has moved but the work remains. Its the same old story in my sector. But I live in hope
