Ok so a man who is proud of his body who likes to post pictures is fine. Someone who’s confident in their own skin is attractive. But I’m not keen on the “come feel my guns” kind of guy, or the ones who point out that your body is less than perfect but theirs is so “your loss” when you turn them down

A man who is body confident and carries himself well I do find attractive regardless of physique/body shape.

A man who is arrogant and struts around like he’s gods gift & women should just fall at his feet because he’s got a good physique definitely not. In my experience those types are v self centred and it’s all about them with the attitude that you should be grateful to be with them. More often than not, that type is crap in bed as it’s all about them.

guys who message and expect you to drop your knickers because they are ripped to perfection are awful. Equally I once had a meet and the fella apologising for not being toned, tall enough, big enough shoulders etc was a massive turn off.

People being comfortable in their own skin is attractive.

I'm not precious about body shape, lord knows I'm a train wreck myself! That said while I might be nervous taking my clothes off I dont want sex in the dark while fully clothed, so I do move past the nerves relatively quickly and then happily wander around in the nip.

I don't mind a little insecurity but I couldn't be doing with someone who couldn't move past that to a point of being comfortable naked with me.

I had no body confidence when I came home. After traveling I became gaunt and looked unwell, over the lockdowns I packed in drinking, quit smoking, and began eating good food. I started training mostly to strengthen my back as it was constantly knackered especially with my job. But in doing so I gained so much body confidence. It's nice to pass a mirror and see a bit of definition and most importantly to feel strong again, I'll never be a huge bloke I'm not built for it but I'm happy in myself. I think body confidence is a very uplifting feeling and a very attractive quality.

On the flip side, I’ve met one or two men who have been completely insecure, and I like to give compliments, I’m very vocal in that way and speak my mind when there’s something I really like about someone.

But it’s not so fun having to constantly reassure. If someone takes my compliment and it makes them feel better, that’s sexy. If they don’t and put themselves down, I don’t know what more I can do!
