There is a likes list.

Should there be a dislikes list?

Would it help to filter people out or would people use it to omit and tailer things to get into your pants?

And yes I know we could just hand write things in our profile...

I think if you state your dislikes you could miss someone you potentially may like plus whatever act they don’t like you could just not do with that person.

I’d appreciate an option for guys to state whether they dislike being rimmed but then I could go without doing it to that person.

Maybe an expansion of the likes list but with tick boxes for likes dislikes and neutral/never tried?

Is it a couples profile?

If so yes dislikes would be helpful, especially as there is two of you and the couples dynamic

If not ignore that

For me I need mine to be interchangeable as what I would do with one is not necessarily what I would do with another

That's a very good point. Sometimes people can get hung up on a couple of things they don't like but don't realise that they are compatible in 10 other ways. I have a bit of a foot fetish, but it's not something I would expect to include in every meet

I removed our likes because messages become about those rather than getting to know us. Plus just because I like something doesn't mean I want to do it each time.

Think I'd rather chat and find the things we have in common.

That's annoying. I get these about less common interests too. And yes just because it's there it doesn't mean I'm willing to do it with everyone I meet.

This is true. I'm currently chatting to one person and one of his main likes I really dislike but I'm skimming over it as the rest is good

If anything I’d rather see some sort of preferential order or weighting system than a dislikes list. That way you can find people who really do like the same things, but nothing substitutes getting to know people.

Our likes list isn’t a shopping list that we work through with everyone we meet, its more an indication of what we have done with others.

My dislike list would be a lot longer than my likes. I don’t even list them anymore, if someone wants to talk to me and find out, sure. I’ll share.

My only like is my one non-negotiable. Everything else is stuff I can happily forgo, so I've not ticked them.

Like you, just because I like one person to do something doesn't mean I want that with everyone, every time.

Sometimes on here it becomes difficult to find out what someone really wants and whether or not you're compatible. I find I turn a little Spanish Inquisition in messages just trying to find out whether there is common ground, but if I tick more interests it narrows the field unnecessarily so I continue to rely on conversation.

That does make sense completely, think perhaps a different list of likes and some dislikes could work.

Not sure we need toys as a like?

Perhaps just a BDSM or what a vague kind of play people like. So you know you're not barking up the wrong tree when chatting would work better. But when we had down we liked spanking, we'd get messages asking when they could spank me which annoyed me a fair bit.
