This is what I told my surgeon for when I’ll have mine done:

They have to be round, they have to have proportion with the body frame, have some separation and most importantly stay up.

And she agrees… and that I’m extremely picky (errr yes!)

So yes, that’s what makes the perfect boobs for me

Real boobs, not a fan of fake ones that barely move as nature intended other than that they are all perfect, I tend to think that they look best if they match the rest of the body so smaller boobs suit a slim body and bigger a curvy body but appreciate them all and if I can get my hands on them they are the best in the world

The age of Rocky boobs is over … the new silicone is super soft so they don’t have that rock effect. They just don’t sag as much to gravity,
