Always sleep naked - every time I've worn pjs or a thirst in bed I wake up in the dead of night almost garroted - I'm a wriggler, obvs

We tend to sleep naked when it's warm enough. Hannah is a pretty recent convert to that. I doubt it has any health benefits though.
