"Speak to your GP. Cognitive therapy may work by itself, if not, mild medication might be needed depending on how severe it is. From my my own experience get it looked at as soon as possible. I left it for years and I look back at all the time I wasted and wish I'd of gone about it sooner " | |||

"I take prescribed beta blockers to help. " Some medications have side effects i find! Can make you feel zombiefied too. I try to avoid them make me more anxious, I think exercise is importan even just in the house! But some things work best for some people. | |||

"I was diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression four years ago. Now it's just the depression I have to deal with, the anxiety seemed to escalate into the depression over time. I'm on a prescription for it but it helps up to a point. That black hole inside threatens to engulf me every day unless I take my meds x" | |||
