I dislike salted caramel, and they stick it in bloody everything. I also dislike cheesecake. It's the biscuit base that just ruins it for me.

So how many enemies did I just make being so blasphemous about salted caramel and cheesecake?

Salted caramel is all too common now..... unfortunately for me I love it. A good one that is.... it's heaven.

As for cheesecake ...... it's lush. If you hate a biscuit bottom try .... swiss roll or other easy sponge or rice crispies or an iced type base..... or a baseless one ....... or cheesecake in a fat glass etc...... so many flavours
