I was just working it out for me. Mid 2018 was when I met the ex, that was the last one other than an event we organised that November and a party we went to in Feb 2020 i think where I didn't do anything coz I was injured but didn't wanna let the hosts down and he got to do what he wanted whilst I sat in the kitchen stroking the cats feeling like a spare part.

I don't hate him. I pity him to a certain degree but more than anything my heart breaks a little bit every day for his wife. The fact I can't let go of my own guilt in the matter is part of what keeps me stuck in the cycle of loathing anything to do with me and sex. I do wonder if she knows, and I cry for her sometimes, knowing the pain I went through being cheated on, the damage all the lies do and so on.

did meet a couple a few weeks back with the mrs that was while we was out though.

she does alright on here got a harem of gents, more into fabbing than me which i was suprised about.

bit weird when you see the kind of guys your mrs is into, another one that like em tall, oh reminds me if your not over 6 foot but claim to be it is noticeable
