Strong coffee and quite generous amount of skimmed milk.

Until about a month ago I would drink more than 10 large mugs of coffee a day, I have reduced it to a max of 4 per day. I thought I would be feeling worse than I am but I have thankfully adjusted well.

Pembrokeshire

always made in a pot, not the cup and always warm the pot first

let it "brew" to become strong, very strong, builders tea, so the spoon almost stands up in it lol no point to weak tea in my opinion

always pour the tea into the empty cup first

add a little splash of cold skimmed milk

no sugar.
