Maybe it's just me but I'm working from home for the first time in a while and my productivity is at an all time low and I'm spending my morning flicking through here and the cam rooms

Easily done. You need very good discipline not to loaf when you’re working from home.

If you are doing it via your phone then put your phone out of reach and focus on your work

Sounds like you just need practise multi-tasking ... after 18+ months you'll be an expert
