Gluten free porridge with oat milk, flax seed, chia seeds, mashed banana and peanut butter. Maybe a dash of vanilla extract.

That looks like them! I akso had the Msemen ones which are also really good. The food over there is amazing. Even just vegetable side dishes were delicious with spices.

In an idea world, a plate of full English.

Shakshuka with extra feta and chillies. And sourdough toast with proper butter indulgently slathered all over it so when you dip the toast into those perfectly poached eggs you get the crunch, the richness, the eggy goodness.

Instead I'm having hot water and lemon. Later greek yoghurt with some berries.

Pancakes with maple syrup are the best. Add a bowl of porridge with honey, muesli or granola, maybe a little fruit too, youll be bouncing off the walls full of energy. Perfect breakfast for a diet plan to go with a workout routine

we tend not to bother much beyond toast and coffee, not always toast though,

but if I could have a bacon roll now and again, made for me, I would really enjoy that. Sadly never happens though.

Porridge made with creamy milk is nice when the weather turns really rubbish, if I can find the motivation.

Or smoked salmon scrambled egg on toasted bagel, thats nice too. Once in a blue moon as a real treat.
