Hugs to you all.

I know Sir won't mind me showing you this. Some months ago, He wanted to help me to believe in myself. He wrote a handful of affirmations that I was to say out loud daily and at some point, write my own. After a while, I did just that. Give it a go. Even if you start with one or two things, you can always add to it as you grow.

Here's mine which you are welcome to use all or some as you feel right and applicable for you.

Affirmations

I am beautiful inside and out.

I am worthy of good things.

I am loved unconditionally by those who deserve me in their lives.

I am a strong woman.

I am perfect just as I am.

I am capable of achieving great things.

I am the person my Sir has chosen from everyone because I am me.

I deserve the love, the care, the attention, the time that my man and my Sir give me and they give me it in abundance.

I am a good submissive because I open myself up to my man and my Sir. I am capable of all good things with them.

I am me, I am all I can be, I am enough.

With my man and my Sir, we will continue to grow. We love each other. We care for each other. We cherish each other. We need each other.

I am complete as myself. My man and Sir compliment me. I am worthy and deserving of that.

I love my man and my Sir. These are important things to know and to feel, but more importantly, I love myself and I love the person I'm allowing to emerge from me rather than keeping her hidden.
