Anyone else sent a photo to someone in error? Just took one with the WhatsApp camera and had the wrong conversation open. They didn't click on it, so only saw a blurred version, but oh my!!!!

Note to self - triple check next time.

I sent a pic to my kids piano teacher by mistake...I think I deleted it before he saw it.

This is why I would never ever send a nude on whatsapp. Especially because some people have the setting that saves all images to their gallery

Yes. And I almost sent nudes to the family group chat last week instead of sending them to my partner. I never stop to take a moment when I'm excited and one day it's going to end very badly for me.

Yes. Just last week I sent my ex a topless pic of me. I nearly fainted when I realised and ran frantically into the EE shop and asked the two amused young workers to help me to delete it. Sadly it could not be deleted so I had to message and apologise and explain I was meant to send him a pic of our dog.

No but I often show people photos/videos of my daughter and have to scroll past half naked images of myself in front of them.

The worst one I've had was when I was transitioning between my broken old phone and my new one. Still had all my numbers on my old one, so recorded a voicenote on the new one so I could send it to a friend.

The voicenote was me reminiscing about a very debauched night in Berlin a few years ago. Because my old phone wasn't functioning properly I sent it to my NAN by accident. And then, to make it worse, I tried to "Delete for everyone" but only deleted it for myself!!

Shitting myself I turned to Google for a solution, but it's not possible to recall something once you've got to that point. I was about to implode with anxiety... And it was radio silence from Nan.

She messaged me an hour later saying, "Oh, I've received some audio but I don't know how to listen to it?" PHEW... Told her I wasn't sure what that was all about but not to worry. I was visiting her that day, so when I got there I said I'd have a look at the "technical issue with her phone" and promptly deleted it!

I didn’t notice I’d sent it until a few weeks later when I had to send her another message on messenger. So I called her straight away to explain, she said I popped her “send nudes” cherry and we laughed. I can’t delete it though. It’s still there

Shit I did that in the past, but I'm sure that platform allows you to delete/cancel it now

Scary easy how that mistake can be done though!

What did you say her email address was?

Think I've only did it once by mistake and cancelled it mid send so may not even count thankfully. Slippery slope that with the amount of group chats kicking about these days

I have the hide album option on my phone. So it's fool proof as it takes my sex pics away from the send option.

That's until your printer breaks so you go to the library and connect to there printer via USB cable and the librarian woman gets a full view of a lcd screen full of nudes and sex pics

There is, but she'd already seen it as the blurred preview photo. Thankfully, we get on really well. She's seen me naked before when she had to help me wash after I fell really ill a few years ago. I told her not to have nightmares
