This is just one of those unfortunate events.

Scorpions are stinging people who they feel threatened by. These creatures like dark places, meaning they are less likely to be seen.

They're not actively chasing and stinging residents.

And that is the problem. They are the ultimate killing machine. I wonder if many of the Bible stories were actually true. A plague of locustsa and now a swarm ofscorpions. I am not sure what the collective term for Scorpions is...
