From the land of haribos.

I was listening to a shaman as he talked about different breathing teqniques and the sun, it was interesting and I agree with him there, what is your view about it?

Was the shaman small, green, had a croaky voice and speak in a strange way?

“Luminous beings are we, not this crude matter. You must feel the Force flow around you. Here, between you, me, the tree, the rock…”

"Actually we are dust."

In a great big universal vacuum cleaner bag, gently coalescing into momentary forms, arguing, fighting and loving, only to drift apart again and be reduced down to that cavalcade of cosmic components after a mere tick of some galactic clock and fade into dust again?

Gosh! Now I am struggling to comprehend reality, I cannot argue with you, because I would, according to my view, in effect be arguing with a past (or future) version of myself (if we are indeed transiently one thing today and then after we have diminished, returned as something else tomorrow)

Mush, At an atomic perspective, no. Electrons, protons, neutrons, they are all still vibrating no matter how low the temperature is. To our view, something is solid as long as we can’t go through it.

Some people aren't made to be parents but unfortunately, we offspring don't get to choose. Please do not assume you know anything, because obviously you do not. It's not just about social media

At absolute zero, there no movement/vibration, because there's no energy.
